Refund policy

At Pyro Swim, we’re committed to delivering quality you can trust. We accept returns only for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. We do offer exchanges for incorrect sizing, however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, so please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

The issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

Approved returns are eligible for either:

A replacement of the same item, if available.

Or store credit to use toward your next Pyro purchase.

To return an item, fill out the contact form with your order number and reason for return. A team member will be in contact in the following 24 hours to assist with your return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
